Effect Boutique Villa Azura (Adults Only) is a small boutique villa where you can feel the spirit and splendor of Nessebar – one of the oldest European cities, rich in architectural monuments from Antiquity, included in the UNESCO World Cultural Heritage List.

The villa is suitable for guests seeking tranquility, a family vacation, or traveling on business. The building has two floors and is constructed of stone and wood. It is of great cultural and historical significance and has been completely renovated according to a project by the Directorate of Cultural Monuments. It has 3 double rooms (one of which has a direct sea view) and a family room, each with a unique design and atmosphere. The rooms offer sufficient amenities for a pleasant stay and a quality vacation. Upon request, we can also provide a baby cot. Our guests have access to a cozy dining room and a charming courtyard where they can enjoy their favorite drink.

Access by car during the summer season to Effect Villa Azura is limited, as it is located in the Old Town.
